I know you may be thinking that a product with a name like this has to be awful. It’s a pretty funny product name, but I must admit I think it’s pretty genius marketing. Superhero movies are everywhere right now and a lot of people do wonder how the actors get into the shape they are required to obtain to play the role.

I’m sure you have a lot of questions about the Superhero Workout and I’ll do my best to answer them. So let’s dive right into the Superhero Workout Review.

To begin, it is worth mentioning that that while John Romaniello is the name you will hear behind the SuperHero Workout, he is not the sole creator of the program. The product is co-authored by Flavia DelMonte and Mr. Matt McGorry, who are big names when it comes to diet and fitness. Mr. McGorry is the person responsible for top body fitness form of many movie stars. Moreover, he has been given multiple fitness awards and was even Men’s Fitness Health magazines’ “Trainer of the Month”.

With that background, it is time to check what the program consists of.

The SuperHero Workout program is designed to make the leaner get stronger than before. It is a four phase training program that has a number of courses to be covered. Each phase consists of 12 week courses. In each phase, learners undergo training based on the qualities of a super hero(s) that the particular training draws inspiration from.

SuperHero Workout Training Phases

Phase One—This consists of three weeks of training that is meant to make the learner stronger. It is aimed to make the learner more powerful , improve his or her movement and build muscles. Inspiration of the training in this stage comes from “Captain America” and “Thor”.

Phase Two—Here, speed and dexterity are the main focus. This training lasts for two weeks during which you will be able to overcome muscle tiredness, gain staying power and drop extra fat. The training in this stage is inspired by super heroes such as The Punisher, Cat Woman and Batman.

Phase Three—This training takes one month and is designed to achieve different results for men and women. For men, the training “blows” up the muscles making the learner achieve a muscular physique. On the other hand, ladies will get a toned body and shed off extra fat. Inspiration of the men’s training comes from the Incredible Hulk while for the women comes from super heroes such as Black Widow , Wonder Woman and Cat Woman.

Phase Four—This is the ultimate training step. Here, inspiration comes from team super heroes like The Fantastic 4 and the X-Men This program is carried out four days per week and is designer for mass building, strength training, fat loss and body conditioning.

What Does The Superhero Workout Program Consist of:

  • Supplementation Guide—This is a diet supplement guide that will educate you on the best times to eat based on your body chemistry. You will learn why you should eat and WHAT exactly you should eat.

I don’t know about you, but I like to know a little bit about the person who is the creator of the course I’m about to invest in. In this case it’s John Romaniello is the creator of the brand new fitness system called the Superhero Workout.
